If you need a terminal, the dealer who installs it quotes hardware and cabling separately. Contact us and we will confirm your existing machine or connect you with a dealer in your area.
We have no IT person. Is that a problem?
No. There is nothing to install and nothing to back up. The terminal is pointed at our server once, from its own settings menu, and after that everything happens in a browser.
Do we need to buy a new biometric machine?
Not necessarily. Many models expose a compatible server-push setting, but brand alone is not a guarantee. Send the exact model, serial and firmware and we will confirm it with a test punch before you spend anything.
