Changelog

What shipped, by date

User-visible changes to the console, the portal and this website since launch on 24 August 2026, newest first. Each entry describes behaviour that is live for every company.

October 2026

  1. Account

Account deletion moves to your HR team

Employee logins are created and managed by the employer, so deletion requests now go to the HR team or to support, with identity verified first. The in-app delete button was removed to match.

  2. Website

One page per topic on aionhrms.com

The attendance-with-payroll and face-recognition pages were merged into the attendance management system and biometric machine pages; the industries hub and the generic payroll calculators stay live but out of search engines. The sitemap now carries real last-modified dates.

  3. Leave

Weekly off, holidays and leave quotas by department and by employee

A department can follow the company or keep its own weekly off; a holiday can apply to the company, one department or one person, and the scopes add up. Leave types can be switched off or given a different quota per department, and overridden per employee. Resolution is always employee, then department, then company.

  4. Payroll

PF and TDS deductions, optional and off by default

When switched on for a company, payroll splits basic salary, applies the PF ceiling and the new-regime TDS slab, and shows the deductions on the payslip. AionHRMS computes the deductions; it does not file the returns.

  5. Console

Joining date is editable; department picker fixed

An employee's joining date can be corrected after creation, and the department selector on the employee list behaves correctly for companies with many departments.

  6. Console

Mobile layout across the admin console

Companies, agents, attendance and device pages rework their tables and headers for phone screens.

  7. Console

    WhatsApp inbox

A company can connect a WhatsApp number and read and reply to staff messages from a message inbox inside the console; connection status is shown in Settings.

September 2026

  1. Website

    About page and named review

The site gained an About page with the company registration, offices and directors, and every guide and comparison names its reviewer and its publication date.

  2. Console

Administrators can record their own attendance; archive and unarchive employees

An administrator who also works a shift can punch from the console's mobile card. Leavers are archived rather than deleted and can be brought back.

  3. Portal

    Geofenced mobile attendance

At company locations where mobile punching is enabled, a linked employee can punch from the portal; the server checks the location's age, accuracy and distance from the workplace, and accepted punches join the same register as terminal punches with their source recorded.

  4. Console

Companies outside India, and an HR role

A company can run in its own currency and phone-number format. A new HR role has its own permissions tab, with page-by-page access decided per role.

  5. Attendance

    Attendance importer

A CSV of historical punches from a previous system can be imported for a company, with the result recorded in the activity log.

  6. Account

Phone numbers from any country, and login by email

Sign-in accepts international numbers, and an email address can be used in place of a phone number.

  7. Attendance

Company-wide register, short leave, optional holidays, Form 26 and Form 21

The daily register covers the whole company in one pass; short leave excuses a window of hours without touching pay; optional holidays are a published list the employee picks from; the muster roll and annual return export as PDF.

  8. Portal

    Employee portal

Employees sign in to see their attendance calendar, apply for leave against published holidays and weekly offs, see balances, and open their payslip. Managers approve their team's requests. A company with no portal logins switched on sees none of this, by design.

  9. Console

Manager console and one login for several companies

A reporting manager gets a console limited to their direct reports. A person with roles in more than one company switches between them from one login.

  10. Website

Published pricing with a free tier

Free up to 10 employees; flat annual bands above that, with unlimited terminals and sites, invoiced after go-live.

August 2026

  1. Devices

    AionHRMS launches

Admin console with employees, devices, attendance register, shift-wise payroll and reports, on the attendance engine that has run AdviceFit's biometric check-ins for ten years. eSSL and ZKTeco terminals over iClock/ADMS push; Realtime terminals over their native protocol.
