When you tap Punch now, the app requests a fresh location reading; the server checks its age, accuracy and distance from the workplace. Accepted mobile punches join the same attendance register as biometric punches, with the source identified.

An administrator configures an active company location and enables mobile punching. Employees sign in to their linked employee account. The Punch now option appears when their company has an enabled location.
The app asks for location permission and obtains a fresh reading. The server rejects readings that are stale, insufficiently accurate or outside the configured boundary. Accepted and rejected attempts are recorded for review.
Use biometric terminals where they suit your workplace and mobile punches at approved locations where they are useful. The attendance record identifies the source, so HR can review exceptions without maintaining two registers.
Mobile punching needs location permission, a usable location reading and a network connection. This page does not promise offline punches, background location tracking, phone-based face recognition or a published app-store listing. Confirm the available installation and sign-in route with your administrator.
Yes, for linked employees at company locations where mobile punching is enabled. The phone supplies a fresh location and the server checks it against the configured workplace boundary and accuracy requirement.
Your employee account must be linked to the company, and the company needs an active location with mobile punching enabled. Ask your administrator to check those settings.
No. The mobile punching workflow requests location when you choose to punch. It does not track your location in the background.
This workflow requires an online server check. Offline punching is not promised; use your workplace's agreed fallback if the network or location reading is unavailable.
