Pricing questions
- Why is the price not published?
- Because AionHRMS is sold with hardware through biometric dealers, and the quote you receive covers the terminal, its installation and the software together. A software-only list price would be misleading — you would still need a dealer for the device and the wiring. Tell us your location and we will connect you with one.
- Is it priced per employee?
- No. It is priced per site, with unlimited employees and unlimited terminals at that site. Per-employee pricing punishes exactly the organisations biometric attendance suits best — factories and schools with large, changing headcounts.
- Do I have to buy new hardware?
- Usually not. Most existing eSSL, ZKTeco and Realtime terminals can be repointed at our server from their own settings menu. Send us the model and serial number and we will confirm before anyone quotes you for a replacement.
- Is there a free trial?
- Talk to us. Because setup involves repointing a physical device, a trial is something we arrange with you and your dealer rather than a self-serve button.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Your attendance data remains exportable. Ask us for the export format in writing before you sign — and ask every other vendor you are evaluating the same question.
