The group view matters as much as the individual site

Regetta Farms Meat Treat is part of WR Group and sells meat products through meattreat.com. The group’s terminal list covers Umiam Plant, retail outlets at Laitumkhrah and Mission Compound, hospitality at Lachaumiere, and a head-office terminal at Jaiaw. A central team can inspect the whole deployment while reviewing attendance by employee work location.

One company attendance register

Terminal location labels, reviewed 30 October 2026. Employee work locations are configured separately.

01

Several terminals can serve the same workplace

The deployment includes five terminals recorded as eSSL MB160, plus another eSSL terminal. Two terminal registrations serve Lachaumiere. This illustrates why the machine count and the company-location count are separate: a workplace can have more than one attendance point.

  • Register each supported terminal once in the company account.
  • Review online/offline status and the last contact time for each device.
  • Keep the employee’s work location distinct from the terminal that recorded a punch.

02

Read each site, then review the organisation

The location-wise attendance view groups employees by their saved work location. The console shows present, absent, yet-to-punch, leave, weekly-off and late counts alongside the organisation’s attendance trend.

  • Keep plant, office, retail and hospitality teams in one employee directory.
  • Inspect a location when a manager needs to understand that team’s day.
  • Use the same underlying attendance records for shift and salary review.

03

Plan the next site without another software account

AionHRMS paid plans include unlimited sites and supported terminals within the organisation’s headcount band. A new workplace can join the same account after its employee mapping and device compatibility are confirmed.

  • Confirm the exact model and firmware before adding or replacing a machine.
  • Test a real punch against the correct employee and time before cutover.
  • Consider geofenced phone attendance and employee assets as additional product workflows when needed; this snapshot documents WR Group’s terminal deployment.

Questions about this setup

How does WR Group, including Meat Treat, use AionHRMS?
The configuration reviewed on 30 October 2026 had six active eSSL terminal registrations in one AionHRMS company account and five configured company locations. These are dated configuration counts, not a live status feed.
Can one location have multiple biometric terminals?
Yes. WR Group’s setup includes two terminal registrations at Lachaumiere. Each terminal has its own registration and status, while its punches feed the company’s shared attendance register.
Can different device brands report into the same account?
AionHRMS supports compatible eSSL, ZKTeco and Realtime models in one account, after model and firmware confirmation. WR Group’s documented six-terminal setup is eSSL; mixed-brand support is a product capability, not a claim about this deployment.
