Biometric attendance for security agencies and manpower contractors

A security agency's product is attendance. You bill a client for guards deployed, you pay guards for shifts worked, and the gap between those two numbers is your margin — or your loss.

For a security or manpower agency, attendance is the invoice. Guards are deployed to client sites rather than to your own premises, shifts run round the clock, and both your client billing and your wage bill depend on the same record. AionHRMS keeps per-site, per-person, per-shift attendance across every deployment, so the number you bill and the number you pay come from one source.

Two sides of the same record

Agencies routinely maintain attendance twice — once for client billing and once for wages — and reconcile them by hand. Any divergence is either an unbilled shift or an overpaid guard, and both are found late.

  • One record per guard per shift per site
  • Every punch keeps its terminal, so deployment is provable per client site
  • Double-shift guards carry a separate salary for each shift
  • Replacements and reliefs enrolled and revoked the same day

Deployment that survives turnover

Guard turnover is high and reliefs are constant. The system has to make adding and removing a person trivial, or supervisors will fall back to a phone call and a register.

  • Enrol from the browser, push to the site's terminal in one action
  • Guards moved between client sites enrolled once
  • Access at a site revoked immediately when a deployment ends
  • Salary advances recorded and settled against the next payment

Frequently asked questions

Can we see attendance per client site?
Yes. Each site's terminals report separately, and every punch records which terminal it came from, so deployment at a given client site is provable.
Our guards work 12-hour shifts. Is that supported?
Shift start and end times are set per employee, so a twelve-hour duty is configured like any other. Double-shift configuration is available where a guard covers two.
Can the client see their own site's attendance?
Not today — access is scoped to your organisation's roles. If client-facing visibility matters to your sale, tell us; it is a reasonable extension but it does not exist yet.
