Biometric attendance system for coaching institutes

A coaching institute's payroll problem is unlike a school's: faculty are frequently part-time, paid by the batch or the shift rather than the month, and the same teacher may take a morning batch at one branch and an evening batch at another. A signature register cannot price that. A punch can.

For a coaching institute, the attendance system's real job is pricing faculty time correctly. AionHRMS runs on the biometric terminal the institute already owns, treats the shift — not the day — as the unit, and lets each faculty member carry their own duty times with a separate salary per shift, so a part-time teacher taking two batches is paid for exactly the batches they took. Branches report into one register, staff moving between them are enrolled once, and the front desk needs nothing installed on any computer.

Part-time faculty break monthly-salary software

Most attendance products assume a stable 9-to-6 workforce on monthly pay. Coaching runs on the opposite: morning and evening peaks, faculty shared across branches, high turnover among counsellors and telecallers, and pay that must map to sessions actually taken.

  • Faculty paid per shift or batch, not per month — the unit of attendance must match the unit of pay
  • Morning and evening batches at different branches for the same person
  • Counsellor and support-staff turnover means enrolment and revocation have to be routine
  • Owners managing multiple branches from one phone, not one office

Shift-unit attendance that prices the batch

The shift engine treats each duty period as its own unit with its own salary, which is precisely the shape of coaching faculty pay. The punches come from the terminal already at the entrance.

  • Single or double shift per person, each shift carrying its own salary
  • Punches bucketed to the right shift automatically — the 6 a.m. batch and the 6 p.m. batch never mix
  • Every branch in one account; faculty enrolled once, recognised at all of them
  • Late marks against a grace period you set, applied identically at every branch
  • Access revoked from the dashboard the day someone stops teaching

Frequently asked questions

Does it track student attendance for batches?
No — AionHRMS handles faculty and staff attendance and access, not student attendance. Batch-wise student tracking ties into fees and parent communication, which is coaching-management software territory. Many institutes run both: their coaching ERP for students, AionHRMS for the people they pay.
Can a part-time teacher be paid per batch taken?
Yes — that is what the shift model is for. Configure their duty times as one or two shifts with a salary per shift, and the month's pay derives from the shift units actually present, with paid leave applied if you allow it.
We run three branches. Do we need three systems?
One account covers all branches, each with its own terminals and local administrators. Faculty who move between branches are enrolled once, and the owner sees every branch's register live.
What hardware do we need?
Whatever mainstream terminal your local dealer stocks — eSSL, ZKTeco or Realtime, fingerprint or face. If a machine is already installed, it can usually be repointed to our server instead of replaced. Send the model and serial and we confirm.
