Can we verify a single-staff collection centre without visiting it?
Yes — that is the point. The punch at the centre's terminal appears in the live register moments later, with its time, terminal and method. Whether the 6 a.m. centre actually opened at 6 stops being a phone call.
Do doctors on visiting schedules fit this?
Visiting consultants with fixed duty slots can be configured with their own timings like any staff member; ad-hoc visits are simply recorded as punches. Tell us the exact arrangement and we will confirm what maps cleanly rather than overpromise.
Is patient or Aadhaar data involved anywhere?
AionHRMS does not require Aadhaar or patient data for staff attendance. It processes staff records, attendance events and device enrolment data.
