Delete your AionHRMS account
AionHRMS accounts are created and managed by your employer’s HR team. Employees can ask their HR team or email us to delete their login. Company administrators can request deletion after company ownership, exports and statutory records are handled safely.

Email us from the mobile number or email associated with your account. Include “AionHRMS account deletion” and the name of your employer. We will verify your identity before acting.

The login is revoked and its personal account details are removed or anonymised. Attendance, payroll, leave, biometric enrolment or employment records controlled by the employer may need to be retained for payroll, audit, contractual or legal obligations. We refer those requests to the employer and support them in responding.
